QUESTIONS

The obvious questions.

Do I have to give up coffee too?
No. The programme is specifically about energy drinks. If you drink coffee or tea, the lessons recommend keeping it to one cup before noon, with food. Day 20 explains why this matters.
Is this just a streak counter?
No. The streak is one part. The other parts are 90 daily lessons, an AI companion that's actually trained for craving moments, a panic-mode intervention with a 4-7-8 breathing exercise, and a savings tracker that uses your real numbers. The streak ties it together.
What if I cave on day 30?
The streak resets. The architecture doesn't. Days 78–86 of the programme are about exactly this — recovering from a slip without restarting the whole project. You're not a quitter. You're someone with a habit being unwound.
